When your home is vacant, Danielle and the Love What I Do Cleaning team can visit weekly, every other week, or monthly to complete a careful visual check of the property and help protect its condition during your absence.
Off-Season Home Inspection Offerings
- Take photographs inside and around the home for documentation and insurance purposes
- Check or adjust the thermostat as requested
- Check visible water lines for signs of freezing or other concerns
- Walk through the home and look for visible leaks or damage
- Walk around the exterior and inspect the property perimeter
- Collect mail and place it in a designated location
- Water plants and feed fish when requested
- Check for signs of damaged, missing, or stolen property
- Clean inside toilet bowls to help prevent hard-water rings
- Check lights and other agreed-upon items
- Put fresh sheets on beds before the owner’s return
Flexible Scheduling
Choose the schedule that works best for your property: weekly, every other week, or monthly visits. We’ll discuss your priorities in advance and create a consistent checklist for your home.
Visit Rates & Additional Services
Each scheduled visit has a set rate. If we discover unexpected damage, destruction, or another condition that requires extra duties or additional time, the price may increase. Any additional charge will be determined case by case based on the work required.
Deep-cleaning tasks may also be completed during an inspection visit when scheduled in advance, for an additional fee.
Off-season home inspections are visual property check-ins and are not a substitute for a licensed home inspection, security service, property-management service, or emergency response.
